Scheme bankrolled by sale of 89 flats
Hawkins Brown has completed a co-located primary school and residential scheme in east London.
The Tiger Way development includes the 420-pupil Nightingale Primary School in Hackney Downs for Hackney council.
It has been funded by the sale of 89 flas for developer Londonewcastle.
The school was finished earlier this year with work on the apartments, which run across two towers of 11 and 14 storeys, wrapped up over the summer.
