Leadership change sees Grant Brooker stepping down from his role as head of studio

Brooker, who has been at Fosters for 38 years, led the design team for Hong Kong international airport at Chek Lap Kok in the 1990s and later worked on projects including Tocumen international airport in Panama City, Marseille Provence airport in France and Poland’s new international transport hub, CPK.

Campbell, a senior partner who has been with Foster + Partners for 18 years, has led projects including the transformation of The Whiteley, a grade II listed building in London, the Monaco Yacht Club on Port Hercules, and the residential development South Quay Plaza in Canary Wharf. The practice said he “brings deep design expertise, project leadership, and a collaborative approach to growing and mentoring teams”.
Campbell will be supported by Antoinette Nassopoulos-Erickson, who has been appointed deputy head of studio. She has more than 25 years’ experience at the practice and has worked on major international projects including 30 St Mary Axe in London, the Hearst headquarters in New York and the McLaren Technology Centre in Surrey.
Separately, the practice has appointed Andy Currie as a non-executive director of Foster + Partners Group Limited. Currie has a background in corporate finance and has advised the practice for a number of years.
