TP Bennett’s rethink on Canada Water scheme set to be approved next week

Plans for a major scheme in south-east London have been altered to include student accommodation and affordable housing.

The latest plan for the Dockside Canada Water, which will be developed by Art Invest Real Estate (AIRE) and designed by TP Bennett, has been recommended for approval by Southwark councillors on 29 April.
