Mixed-use proposals heading to fourth planning committee meeting next week after three deferrals

Morris & Co has revised its long-delayed plans to redevelop two buildings in Shoreditch for the second time ahead of its latest attempt to secure planning approval.

A decision on the Castle House and Fitzroy House scheme has already been deferred three times due to concerns over its impact on views and daylight for nearby residents.
