Scheme to include blocks up to 25 storeys

Chapman Taylor has submitted plans for an 850-home mixed-use scheme in Manchester for local developer Cole Waterhouse.

The Trafford Wharf road scheme would be built on the site of the former headquarters of construction services manufacturer Hilti in the southern suburb of Stretford.
