Scheme comprises around half of the homes on early phase of the wider £2bn urban extension

Whittam Cox has replaced Corstorphine & Wright as build-to-rent architect on the first phase of the £2bn York Central development.

The London-based practice has been brought in to draw up new plans for the 500-home plot, which had been submitted with Corstorphine & Wright at the helm in December last year.
