Buckley Gray Yeoman designs 100 build-to-rent homes in Cambridge

First Base and RPMI Railpen seek permission for mixed-use scheme

Buckley Gray Yeoman has submitted plans for a mixed-use scheme in Cambridge which includes 100 build-to-rent homes.

The Devonshire Gardens scheme, designed for developer First Base and pensions investment manager RPMI Railpen, will deliver apartments of varying sizes in three buildings.

The homes, which will all be for rent, will be managed by in the long term by RPMI Railpen. RPMI Railpen manages the £35bn railways pension scheme.
