Three-block development could become Europe’s largest Passivhaus scheme

Tower Hamlets council has given Apt the green light for a huge tower scheme near Canary Wharf.

Developer Urbanest’s mixed-use development at 2 Trafalgar Way could become the largest Passivhaus scheme in Europe. 

It follows last month’s approval of Glenn Howells Architects’ 900-home cluster of towers about 700m to the east on Blackwall Way.
