But what will the pandemic mean for the government’s net zero-carbon targets and other essential aspects of the social value agenda?

While some believe the hiatus in humans’ polluting activity and the discovery that nations could work together to tackle a complex issue makes this a hopeful moment for the climate emergency – others warn there is a serious danger that as we try to rebuild our focus will be catastrophically distracted.
