Pitman Tozer tower approved by Croydon council

25-storey bock designed for Brick by Brick

Pitman Tozer has been given planning for a 25-storey mixed-use tower for Croydon council’s development arm Brick by Brick.

The scheme will include close to 130 homes at the Wandle Road car park along with office, retail and leisure space.

The scheme will be built on a former car park in the middle of the town next to the Croydon Flyover.
