Penoyre & Prasad's Cleveland Street scheme for Birkbeck

Project will create lecture theatre for Birkbeck College

Penoyre & Prasad has won planning for a proposal to create a new teaching centre for Birkbeck College on the roof of a building in central London.

A six-storey 1920s building on the Euston Road called Cambridge House will be refurbished and extended to provide nearly 2,000sq m of space.
