Retail and office project planned for high-profile site where New Bond Street meets Oxford Street

The major refurbishment of a mixed-use West End scheme designed by Orms has been given the thumbs-up by the local council.

Westminster approved the mixed-use retail and office scheme with frontages at both 80 New Bond Street and 325 Oxford Street late last month.

Work on the building, which was most recently anchored by clothing retailer Next, is expected to start in the summer, with the office and retail space set to be available from spring 2023.
