Redevelopment of brownfield site to include new nursery

Grimshaw has been granted planning permission for a 616-home brownfield scheme in Bath for Berkeley subsidiary St William.

The Bath Gasworks scheme will include homes ranging from 1-bed studios to 3-bed apartments with properties designed to meet all ages.
