Cricklewood proposal replaces 238-home scheme approved in 2023

BB Partnership has been granted planning permission for an 826-bed student accommodation scheme in north London after redrawing a scrapped residential scheme due to fire safety regulations.

The London practice’s plans for the 317 Cricklewood Broadway site in Brent replace a former proposal by the same practice for a 238-home scheme approved in 2023.
