1940s modernist block to be transformed into 171-room hotel with an auditorium

GRID Architects has been given planning consent for plans to transform a 1940s modernist office block in Hammersmith into a hotel.

The Grove House scheme for Legendre UK and joint venture partners Central & Provincial and Candour Properties was signed off by Hammersmith & Fulham council yesterday.
