Scheme to retain facade of locally listed Victorian warehouse

Ackroyd Lowrie has redesigned a SPPARC-designed office scheme in Bermondsey as co-living housing after the site was acquired by a new developer.

Property developer Bywater has submitted fresh plans to partially demolish and refurbish the existing building at 47-49 Tanner Street and replace it with a six-storey scheme containing either 109 or 112 studio rooms.
