3XN unveils plans to overhaul Euston Tower

Danish architect brought in by developer British Land to refresh 1970s block with DSDHA working on public realm

British Land has unveiled plans by 3XN to overhaul the 1970s Euston Tower in central London and turn it into new workspace for start-up and life sciences firms.

The developer has been mulling for several years about how to bring the near 50-year-old building up to scratch.
