First phase of 1,000 home scheme in west London good to go

Work is set to start on PRP’s plans to build the first of up to 1,000 homes in west London.

The Wornington Green Estate in Kensington and Chelsea runs across 5.7ha and currently comprises 538 homes as well as community amenities and public park.

The first phase will see 324 homes built with around half, ranging from apartments to family mews houses, due for private sale. As well as private housing, social housing will also feature along with a new square.
