High-rise specialist takes entire upper floor of 1960s building in city centre

SimpsonHaugh will move into a new office in central Manchester this summer after 25 years at its current base in the city.

The practice has signed a 10-year lease for the entire upper floor of of 55 King Street, a 1960s building designed by Casson, Conder & Partners in the city centre which has recently been refurbished by its owner Orbit Developments.
