Firm’s latest high-rise project to span four blocks including 50-storey tower

SimpsonHaugh Architects has submitted plans for another high-rise scheme in Manchester, consisting of 2,500 student beds across four blocks including a 50-storey tower.

The Charles Street scheme, designed for developer IQ Student Accommodation, is aiming to capitalise on growing demand for student accommodation in the city, which has a student population of 100,000.
