Stocktons scheme to include two buildings of 50 and 26 storeys containing office space and 758 apartments

Simpson Haugh has submitted plans for yet another residential tower scheme in Manchester consisting of two buildings rising to 50 and 26 storeys.

The Stocktons scheme has been designed for developer Liquid Funding Business and would contain 758 build-t-rent apartments and 45,000sq ft of commercial space.
