Scott Brownrigg completes Oxfordshire laboratory scheme

Practice also given green light for data centre in west London

Scott Brownrigg has completed a 70,000sq ft speculative laboratory scheme at Harwell Science and Innovation campus in Oxfordshire.

The Tech Foundry 3 scheme comprises six mid-tech units ranging in size from 5,800sq ft to 135,000sq ft which can be used as spaces for wet and dry laboratories, R&D and advanced manufacturing.
