The new president of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has identified a lack of built environment professionals as the main barrier to building more homes.
Justin Sullivan today became the organisation’s 143rd president. He is the founder and chief executive of property and construction consultancy Adair, which was formed in 1994.
