The framework contains multiple lots, with the architecture lot comprising John McCall Architects, Halsall Lloyd, BTB Architects, Levitt Bernstein Associates, LJ Architects, PRP, BYA, Paddock Johnson Partnership, Pozzoni Architecture and Jennings Design Associates.

Vistry, Engie and RLB are among a host of contractors and other consultants who made it on to other lots.

A total of 24 firms were appointed to bands valued at £1 to £4m, £4 to £10, and £10m and over.

JV North received more than 180 bids, with inception sessions for the winners set to be held within the coming weeks.
