KSS gets green light for beds in Beds

Scheme will provide 950 homes and other facilities

A 950-home mixed-use scheme in Bedfordshire has been given the go-ahead.

The masterplan for Arlesey Cross site in Arlesey was designed by architect KSS.

The development, which is being brought forward by commercial property management and investment company Telereal Trillium, will include health and community facilities, commercial space and a lower school.
