Allies & Morrison's proposals to redevelop 9-11 Richmond Buildings in London's Soho

Practice eyes office-led redevelopment of 1960s block for hotel chain

Allies & Morrison has lodged plans to completely redevelop a five-storey Soho office block just weeks after Scott Brownrigg won consent to substantially remodel the existing structure.

The latest proposals, would raze 9-11 Richmond Buildings, off Dean Street, and replace it with a new six-storey structure faced with green glazed terracotta tiles and delivering 1,213 sq m of office space plus two apartments.
