I don’t disagree with the decision to list Richard Rogers’ parents’ house (News March 1)
But the statement: “The house is made up of prefabricated components, principally steel and glass, which can be adapted to changing requirements” could be regarded as the direct antithesis to the listing process — change could occur, but won’t.
I wonder if change could be argued on the basis that it was inherent to the concept?
