ZHA forced to start £600m twin towers scheme without TfL land swap deal

Vauxhall Cross by Zaha Hadid Architects

Early works at Vauxhall site now underway to save planning consent which expires this Sunday

Enabling works for the £600m scheme, which is being developed for VCI Holdings, got underway late last month just three weeks before the planning consent’s expiry deadline.
