Studio Moren submits plans for roof extension on listed City office block
Square Mile’s latest office to hotel conversion would add four storeys to Victorian-era St Clement’s House
Studio Moren has submitted plans to add a four-storey roof extension to a grade II-listed Victorian building in the City of London.
The firm’s proposals for St Clement’s House, designed for family-run developer Chart Forte Monument Ltd, would transform the existing office building into a boutique hotel.
