Simpson Haugh submits revised plans for mixed-use overhaul of historic Manchester warehouse

Previous proposals for Great Northern Warehouse were approved four years ago

Simpson Haugh’s plans for a mixed-use redevelopment of a historic listed warehouse building in the centre of Manchester have been submitted to the city council four years after an earlier version was approved.

The proposals will see the Great Northern Warehouse revamped and turned into 120,000 sq ft of office space.
