Purcell submits plans for Oxford life sciences scheme

Proposals would replace 1970s office block with a five-storey laboratory building close to the city centre

Purcell has submitted plans for a five-storey life sciences building at a prominent corner site in Oxford.

The practice is working with developer Reef Group on the 212,000sq ft Bridge House scheme, which would be located just east of Oxford railway station on the main route into the city centre.
