Judicial review on Allies & Morrison’s £200m Wimbledon expansion plans set for July

High Court has accepted all three grounds raised by local campaign group for legal challenge

The judicial review of the decision to approve Allies & Morrison’s plans to treble the size of Wimbledon’s grounds will start on 8 July.

The High Court has set a date for the two-day hearing, at which arguments for and against the Greater London Authority’s (GLA) approval of the £200m scheme will be presented.
