City council backs 118-unit proposals for housing association Sanctuary Scotland

Halliday Fraser Munro has won planning permission for a development of 118 affordable homes designed for housing association Sanctuary Scotland.

The £15m proposals will deliver the new homes – 72 flats and 46 houses – on the site of a former fire station in North Anderson Drive, Aberdeen. The development includes three wheelchair-accessible flats and an assisted living block complete with a warden flat.

Construction is due to start in November for completion in March 2021.
