FCBS and Morris + Co’s £500m King’s Cross scheme set to be approved this week

Mixed-use plans include more than 400 homes and a 31-storey tower

Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios and Morris + Company’s plans for a £500m mixed-use district in King’s Cross are set to be approved by Camden council this week.

Planning officers have recommended two separate applications for the redevelopment of the Camley Street and Cedar Way sites for approval ahead of a planning committee meeting on Thursday evening.
