Scheme runs across 15 storeys

Bennetts Associates has completed work on a new office building in the City of London.

The scheme at Mark Lane near Fenchurch Street station has been developed by Japanese property company Mitsui Fudosan, who is also behind AHMM’s redevelopment of the former BBC building at White City in west London, and Stanhope.

The 15-storey block comes in at 16,000sq m of office space with a winter garden on the top six floors.

Insurance firm Zurich is due to move in next March having taken six floors.
