AHMM’s plans to demolish Feilden Fowles office near Waterloo station and replace it with a huge five-block development are set to be approved next week.

Lambeth council’s planning officer has advised councillors to back the Royal Street scheme, which neighbours St Thomas’ hospital, when it is presented at the next planning meeting on 13 December.
