Flats highlight planning flaw

The new windows and retained openings do not align in Stephen George and Partners’ UCL student housing project.

A real issue here with student accommodation (“Students in storage” News August 30), and the planning process in general, is the lack of any avenue for objection by those affected once permission has been granted, except for judicial review of issues of law.
