Council go-ahead for two major projects in Victoria

Westminster City Council has granted planning permission for two major projects in Victoria, by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and John McAslan & Partners, for developer Land Securities, following last month’s approval of the neighbouring Victoria Interchange scheme.
