I keep trying to wake myself up every time I see images of the hideous black monstrosity. When I'm up there visiting family, I try and avoid it completely. How on earth did it get through Planning in the first place is beyond me.....There was a place favoured by tourists for taking kodak moments of the Liver building from across the Albert dock which is framed by an ornate stone archway. Now that that thing sits in front of it and obscures it, the tourists are gone!
