Old Oak Common - HS2 - atistic impressions (3)

Scheme out for public consultation

HS2 has revealed the latest designs for its west London hub at Old Oak Common.

Designed by a team led by Wilkinson Eyre and WSP, the station is set to be a key rail interchange, with an estimated 250,000 people passing through every day.

The six high-speed platforms will be situated underground with an integrated connection to the adjoining conventional station at ground level via a shared overbridge providing connections between HS2 and Crossrail services into central London and Heathrow airport.
