Scheme to refurbish and extend one of the most prominent buildings in the West End

Berkeley Estate Asset Management (BEAM) has submitted plans for a major refurbishment and extension of one of the most prominent sites on London’s Oxford Street.

The KPF-designed proposals for 33 Cavendish Square will transform the former flagship store of British Home Stores and the previous home of the London College of Fashion.
