Berkshire scheme bankrolled by LA investor

Scott Brownrigg’s design for a TV studio at Shinfield in Berkshire has been submitted to Wokingham council.

The project, which is being designed for the University of Reading, will be known as Shinfield Studios and is the result of a deal between the university and Los Angeles-based film studios investor Commonwealth Real Estate in December.
