How the nine-home scheme will look when completed

New homes by Sarah Wigglesworth Architects for Croydon council’s development arm have been given the green light.

The scheme at Norbury in south London will feature nine shared-ownership flats and a community garden on a suburban corner site. It was given planning at a virtual planning committee hearing at the end of July.

Brick By Brick said the job at Covington Way is part of its small sites schemes for the council.

The developer currently has over 1,000 homes under way in the borough and expects to build 500 homes a year by 2021.
