Plans for a large proportion of the first phase of the £2bn York Central development have been submitted for planning.
Designed for a public-private partnership led by McLaren Property and Arlington Real Estate with Homes England and Network Rail, the 2,500-home mixed-use scheme on land around York Central station is set to be on the largest city centre regeneration projects in the UK.
