Projects to transform southern end of Regent Street with nearly 170,000sq ft of mixed-use space

The Crown Estate has announced two of the largest redevelopment schemes in the history of its West End property estate with Piercy & Company and Emrys Architects named as lead architects.

The two schemes would transform the iconic curve of Regent Street, where it meets Piccadilly Circus, providing nearly 170,000sq ft of new off, retail and hospitality space combined.
