Eight properties to be redeveloped as visitor attraction with Piccadilly Circus-style LED screen on its facade

MATT Architecture’s plans to redevelop eight properties on Leicester Square into a major new visitor attraction with a four-storey LED screen on its facade are set to be submitted for planning next month.

A spokesperson for the scheme’s developer Soho Estates said the planning application was being finalised and would go into Westminster council in June.
