Martyn Evans to leave Landsec next year

Firm’s creative director said it was time to ‘look for some new opportunities’

Martyn Evans is leaving Landsec after five years as creative director at the firm, Building Design can reveal.

Evans will leave the developer at the end of March 2027 but will continue his roles as chair of the London Festival of Architecture and senior advisor to New London Architecture.
