HOK + Rossetti

Combined firms to trade as HOK + ROSETTI during merger

HOK has acquired US stadium architect ROSSETTI as part of a strategy to strengthen its position in the sports and entertainment sectors.

Founded in 1969 by Gino Rossetti, Detroit-based ROSSETTI is one of the biggest sports venue specialists in the US with its portfolio including Daytone International Speedway in Florida and the Red Bull Arena in New Jersey.
