Green light for Mole Architects’ Cambridgeshire housing scheme

Co-housing to be partly overseen by local Buddhist group

South Cambridgeshire district council has approved plans for a 145-home scheme in Northstowe designed by Mole Architects.

The project will combine co-housing with mixed-tenure homes across four timber-framed blocks, with 40% of homes to be classed as affordable.
