Approval for first phase of £250m mixed-use schemein city centre

Plans by Michael Laird Architects for the first phase of a £250m mixed-use project in Glasgow city centre have been approved by the local council.

The 25-storey student accommodation scheme will occupy the Elmbank Gardens site on the corner of Bath Street and Newton Street, next to Charing Cross station.
